IMEC is seeking a Memory Cross-Technology Co-Optimization (XTCO) Program Manager to coordinate a team of experts and develop innovative memory solutions addressing on-chip and off-chip memory-wall challenges. You will work across SRAM-DRAM-FLASH landscapes, lead the program technically and operationally, and report progress to partners.

You will collaborate with STCO-DTCO and device-integration teams, monitor performance and resources, and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in microelectronics, electrical engineering, device or applied physics, or closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of working experience in memory devices or co-optimization and understanding AI-driven design/architecture inflections.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate a team of experts to develop innovative memory solutions for on-chip and off-chip memory-wall challenges.
• Lead operations and collaborate with STCO-DTCO and device-integration teams to execute the program strategy.
• Manage the team technically and operationally, promoting collaboration and rapid problem solving.
• Monitor performance and resources, identify gaps, drive changes, and escalate showstoppers when needed.
• Interact with industrial partners, report progress, and organize Partner Technical Week reviews twice yearly.
