IMEC is seeking an experienced Memory Device Engineer to support device design, electrical characterization and data analysis for bilateral customer projects. You will translate objectives into experiments, plan tests, and deliver results with high quality and timeliness.

The role emphasizes rigorous execution, clear customer communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a global context.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in electrical engineering, materials science, device physics or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with electrical characterization and data analysis of semiconductor devices.
• Experience with memory or selector devices is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Translate customer objectives into clear experimental plans and perform electrical characterization and data analysis.
• Collaborate with integration, process and design teams to ensure timely delivery of results and reports.
• Contribute to technical discussions with customers and follow up on commitments with quality and responsiveness.
