Fibre Council Europe is seeking a Membership Manager to drive policy, engagement, and growth from Brussels. You will work with a diverse international team to maximize member satisfaction and recruit new members, coordinating with events, marketing, and public affairs.

The role offers a hybrid work setup with two remote days per week, a full-time contract, and close collaboration with the Director General and board committees. Proficiency in English and EU work eligibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing/communication/business administration
• 3–5 years in a similar role or in promotion of professional services
• Professional written and spoken English is a must; additional European languages a plus
• EU permanent work permit is required

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the membership policy in line with the Director General and Council strategy
• Maximise engagement and satisfaction of current members and recruit new ones
• Coordinate with Event management, Marketing, Public Affairs and Administration teams
• Manage the membership engagement platform and support the Fibre Horizons conference activities
• Support accounting for membership fees and act as Secretariat to the Board and General Assemblies
