REAZN in Kruisem, Belgium, is hiring a Melting and Casting Supervisor to lead the production area within a 5-shift system. You will manage Team Leaders and Operators, ensure safety, discipline, and performance, and coordinate closely with planning and support departments.

The role blends hands-on shop-floor leadership with administrative duties, training, and continuous improvement, requiring fluent French and English, a coaching mindset, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or people management role in an industrial environment.
• Experience in shift-based operations is a strong asset.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Fluent in French & English; Dutch is a plus.
• Hands-on mentality and presence on the shop floor for 5S and activities.

Responsabilités

• Conducts one‑on‑one meetings with each Team Leader to align expectations, performance, and development.
• Ensures clear communication, role clarity, and team discipline.
• Supports Team Leaders in daily decision‑making and problem‑solving.
• Manages replacements, shifts changes, and ensures staffing continuity.
• Aligns daily with the planner who manages the production process flow and optimises the 5-shift structure.
• Drives improvement actions related to efficiency, safety, and team performance.
