Securitas is seeking a Wireless Engineer to design, install and service electronic security and critical communications solutions. You will ensure service levels agreed with customers are met and you will manage incidents with a customer‑centric approach.

You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs, while ensuring compliance with security policies. French language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in wireless field as an engineer.
• VCA and BA4 certificates required.
• Strong analytical abilities and hands-on problem solving.
• Excellent written and spoken French communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage solutions in electronic security and critical communications.
• Take charge in situations without direct orders to meet SLA.
• Install, maintain and repair designed solutions after incidents.
• Address security aspects in line with company policies.
• Provide 24/7 service leveraging knowledge of wireless products.
• Conduct annual inspection of electrical tools per engineering manager’s instructions.
• Ensure inspections are performed by engineers with VCA and BA4 certificates.

Description du poste

As a Wireless Engineer, you ensure that the services and/or products offered by Securitas to its customers can be designed and operated professionally in order to guarantee the service level agreements agreed with the customer.

Responsibilities

• Managing solutions in the areas of electronic security and critical communications.
• Taking charge of situations for which there is no direct order, ensuring that the customer receives the best possible service at all times, taking into account their service level agreement (SLA).
• Installing the designed solutions and maintaining and repairing the installed solutions in the event of an incident.
• Paying close attention to the (cyber) security aspects of the solutions, while complying with Securitas' policies and procedures.
• Providing our customers with 24/7 service, thanks to your experience with the products in your segment (wireless, radio).
• Carrying out the annual inspection of electrical tools on the instructions of the engineering manager.
• Ensuring inspections are only carried out by engineers who have a VCA certificate and a BA4 certificate, paying attention to detail on all points to be checked in document VC415.

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of successful professional experience in the wireless field (radio and radio frequencies) as an engineer (must).
• Be proactive with strong analytical skills and can conceptualise solutions independently.
• Hold a VCA certificate (must).
• Hold a BA4 certificate.
• Be a good communicator, both internally and externally, and be pragmatic.
• Be honest, a team player and able to work independently.
• Have a very good command of spoken and written French.
