SNCB is seeking a Medior Quality Analyst for ATMS/IMS Real Time Operations to strengthen testing across multiple projects. You will lead end-to-end testing activities, define test strategies, and ensure release readiness with strong emphasis on API, SQL, and test automation.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in a hybrid setup with onsite presence several days weekly, and contribute to QA governance and improving testing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Technical Tester.
• Hands-on API testing experience (REST, SOAP, authentication, error handling).
• Hands-on relational database testing experience (SQL Server/Oracle).
• Experience with test strategy, environments, data prep and defect lifecycle management.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end testing across multiple projects with focus on release readiness.
• Define and improve test strategies, plans, policies and QA processes.
• Analyze and refine requirements; perform risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Organize Test Readiness Reviews and Go/No-Go assessments; manage defect lifecycle.
• Manage test environments, data preparation and test execution across test/acceptance/production.
• Provide quality reporting, KPIs, dashboards and executive-level QA recommendations.
