NMBS-SNCB in Brussels seeks a Medior Quality Analyst ATMS/IMS Real Time Operations to strengthen our testing capabilities. You will lead end-to-end testing, ensure release readiness and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in a hybrid model with 2 days onsite per week.

You will design test strategies, perform API, database and telephony testing (Genesys Cloud), implement test automation, and provide quality dashboards and executive-level recommendations.

Qualifications

• End-to-end testing across multiple projects with test planning and release validation.
• Strong API testing with REST, SOAP, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI and SoapUI.
• Proficient database testing with advanced SQL in SQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Experience integrating QA activities in CI/CD pipelines and applying quality gates.
• Requirements analysis, traceability management and risk assessment.
• Defect lifecycle management and Go/No-Go support for releases.
• Test environments, data preparation and execution management.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end testing across projects ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Define and improve test strategies, plans, policies and QA processes.
• Analyze requirements for completeness, traceability and risk with mitigation plans.
• Organize Test Readiness Reviews, Defect Triage, Go/No-Go and Release Quality Assessments.
• Manage test environments, data preparation and execution campaigns across environments.
• Provide quality reporting, KPIs, dashboards and executive recommendations.
