NMBS-SNCB is seeking a Medior Quality Analyst for Real Time Operations to ensure quality, reliability and release readiness across multiple projects.

You will lead end-to-end testing, define test strategies, analyze requirements, and manage defect lifecycles, environments, and data. The role emphasizes testing across REST/SOAP APIs, SQL databases and Genesys Cloud within a hybrid work model near Brussels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology.
• 5+ years of proven professional experience as a Technical Tester.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, authentication, error handling).
• 5+ years hands-on experience with relational databases.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects.
• Define and improve test strategies, plans, and QA processes.
• Refine requirements for testability and conduct risk assessments.
• Organize Test Readiness Reviews, Defect Triage, Go/No-Go and Release Quality Assessments.
• Manage test environments, data prep, and test campaigns across environments.
• Provide quality reporting, KPIs, dashboards and executive recommendations.
