Meogroup Belgium is expanding its consulting team in the Flemish Brabant region (Leuven) and seeks a Supply Chain & Logistics Consultant to drive optimization projects across supply chain and logistics.

You will work with production and procurement leadership, applying Lean methods, Value Stream Mapping, and SAP expertise to deliver concrete improvements and measurable impact. Fluency in English and Dutch is required; French is an asset.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain optimization and logistics auditing (industrial or Pharma/MedTech environment is a strong plus).
• Fluency in English and Dutch; French is an asset.
• SAP Expert (Supply Chain / Production Planning modules).
• Proven mastery of Lean Management methodologies (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and diagnostic skills to drive change effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Perform a high-level logistics audit and Value Stream analysis to optimize operational flows.
• Optimize production planning processes by applying Lean Management methodologies.
• Analyze, align, and integrate existing operational processes within the SAP environment.
• Identify bottlenecks and deliver actionable strategic and operational recommendations for production planning.
• Collaborate closely with operational leadership and business stakeholders to implement continuous improvement solutions.
