Job summary

Komate, a Belgian digital marketing agency, is seeking a performance/growth marketer who pushes campaigns beyond live status. You’ll build and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, set up accurate tracking and translate data into strategy.

You’ll manage client budgets, steer ROAS and CPA, test hypotheses with our designers, and report results in Looker Studio. Fluency in Dutch and English helps you communicate clearly and partner with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in performance or growth marketing, agency or in-house.
• Proficient with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Comfortable with GA4 and GTM and tracking issues.
• Able to form hypotheses and run experiments.
• Understand marketing as part of a broader growth strategy.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, from audiences and bidding strategies to product feeds.
• Manage budgets and steer on ROAS, CPA and other KPIs that matter to the client.
• Set up conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, consent mode and conversion APIs (Meta CAPI, enhanced conversions).
• Test continuously: creatives, messaging, audiences and landing pages, together with our designers.
• Analyse results, build reports in Looker Studio and translate numbers into concrete next steps.
• Think strategically about channel strategy, growth opportunities and the long-term direction for our clients.
