Beyond Law Firm in Brussels seeks a Medior Associate to reinforce and extend its corporate law practice. The role focuses on transactional corporate matters including venture capital, M&A, and governance, with potential exposure to litigation or insolvency as a plus.

You will manage matters with autonomy, supervise junior associates, and serve as a direct client contact while translating legal frameworks into pragmatic advice. A collaborative environment awaits.

Formación

• Master’s degree in law from a Belgian university.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate and commercial law at a reputable law firm.
• Hands-on experience with venture capital and M&A transactions strongly preferred.
• Experience in litigation and/or insolvency is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Native Dutch or French speaker with excellent English and good command of the other national language.

Responsabilidades

• Manage matters with a degree of autonomy, in collaboration with firm members.
• Provide guidance to junior associates in relation to tasks under supervision.
• Act as a direct contact for clients, building trust through responsiveness and clarity.
• Translate legal frameworks into practical and forward-looking advice.
• Work in a transaction-driven environment requiring communication, organisation and precision.
• Contribute to the firm’s visibility and business development efforts through involvement in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
• Contribute to internal knowledge development.
