Responsibilities

• Structuring, drafting, and negotiating corporate and venture capital transactions.
• Preparing and reviewing asset purchase agreements.
• Drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, subscription agreements, and joint ventures.
• Advising founders, companies, and boards on operational matters and strategic transactions.
• Providing ongoing legal support to clients across all growth stages.
