Job summary

Loyens & Loeff is seeking a Medior/Senior Associate to join its Corporate/M&A Expertise Group in Belgium. The role requires a master’s degree in Belgian law and 4–6 years of Corporate/M&A experience within a law firm.

Native Dutch, with good French and strong English, and a keen interest in transactional work are essential. You will work with a dynamic team on cross-border transactions, private equity and venture capital, in a supportive, international environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Belgian law with excellent academic record.
• 4–6 years of Corporate and/or M&A experience in a law firm.
• Native Dutch speaker with good understanding of French and strong English.
• Interest in transactional work (M&A, private equity, venture capital).
• Proactive and result-driven; team player with clear communication.
• Able to perform in-depth analysis and provide pragmatic solutions.
