In4Matic is seeking an experienced senior business analyst to support a long-term public-sector transformation initiative. The role focuses on improving data exchange, streamlining processes, and aligning stakeholders around a consistent approach to handling traffic-related recidivism and related justice workflows.

The candidate will map current and future-state processes, translate policy needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and support IT teams through UAT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior business analysis role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong background in business analysis, functional analysis, and process modelling.
• Experience with PRINCE2 and Agile is important.
• Experience with complex data flows involving multiple parties is a strong advantage.
• Experience in public-sector projects is a plus.
• Confident communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Structured and detail-oriented with strong documentation focus.
• Affinity with justice- and traffic-related topics is an asset.

The assignment focuses on improving data exchange, streamlining processes, and helping align stakeholders around a more efficient and consistent approach to handling traffic-related recidivism and related justice workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize business processes across multiple public authorities and judicial stakeholders.
• Map current and future-state processes, with a focus on data quality, information flows, and operational efficiency.
• Translate policy and process needs into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Support IT teams and vendors during functional analysis and user acceptance testing.

• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with a range of stakeholders to align ways of working.
• Support the definition of a uniform approach to traffic offence recidivism handling.

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior business analysis role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong background in business analysis, functional analysis, and process modelling.
• Experience with project delivery methods such as PRINCE2 and Agile is important.
• Experience with complex data flows involving multiple parties is a strong advantage.
• Experience in public-sector projects is considered a plus.
• Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Structured and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on documentation and follow-up.

Practical Information
