Harvest Avocats SRL in Belgium seeks Medior or Senior Associate lawyers with 2–5 years or 5–10 years’ experience in corporate M&A. The firm is a Belgian business law boutique advising entrepreneurs, investors and companies on corporate and investment matters.

Fluency in French and English and good Dutch are required, with strong drafting and analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. Direct partner interaction and a dynamic, collaborative environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience for the Medior role or 5–10 years for the Senior role.
• Belgian Master of Laws with strong academic credentials.
• Fluency in French and English and a good command of Dutch.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.

You have

• 2–5 years’ experience for the Medior position or 5–10 years for the Senior position, preferably in the corporate/M&A practice of a reputable law firm
• A Belgian Master of Laws with strong academic credentials
