Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Lawyer, Corporate M&A (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Antwerp.

The candidate should have 1–6 years of experience in Corporate/M&A, a Master in Law (an additional Master in Corporate Law is a strong asset), and be Dutch native with excellent English and good French.

You will join an independent business law firm known for top‑tier expertise, direct client exposure, early responsibility, and a pragmatic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law; an additional Master in Corporate law is a strong asset.
• Between 1 and 6 years of experience as a lawyer in Corporate/M&A.
• Strong interest in transactional work and business law.
• Dutch native with an excellent command of English and a good command of French.
• Commercial awareness and genuine interest in understanding clients' businesses.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, hands-on, client-oriented and problem-solving attitude.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

The required profile for the Lawyer Corporate M&A (m/f/x) position:
