Beiersdorf Belgium, based in West Flanders, seeks a field-based role to inform and advise dermatology-driven professionals to strengthen Eucerin recommendations. You will target dermatologists, pediatricians, GPs, and other key groups, building strong professional relationships and delivering product detailing.

The role requires 2-3 years in pharma/dermo-cosmetics, a sciences degree, and fluency in Dutch with English skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/dermo-cosmetic industry with field experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in sciences or related field.
• Fluency in Dutch and good level of English (B1-B2).

Responsabilités

• Approach HCPs to secure appointments and presentations.
• Establish long-term professional relationships with HCPs/KOLs.
• Inform HCPs about products based on strategy to increase recommendations.
• Collect HCP preferences and feed CRM (IQMED) with data.
• Provide HCPs with product samples and implement detailing standards.
• Manage region Oost & West-Vlaanderen and part of Vlaams Brabant, including regional planning and reporting.
• Represent Eucerin at national and international congresses.
• Follow local medical compliance framework.
• Identify opinion leaders and report potential speakers/partners.

Role Purpose

Inform and advise dermatology-driven professionals in order to improve and maintain Eucerin recommendations. Focus on dermatologists, pediatricians, GPs & other future relevant target groups like esthetic surgeons and oncologists.

Your Tasks

Inform and advise dermatology-driven professionals in order to improve and maintain Eucerin recommendations. Focus on dermatologists, pediatricians, GPs & other future relevant target groups like esthetic surgeons and oncologists.

Main Accountabilities

• Approach HCPs to successfully secure appointments and product/scientific presentations
• Establish a strong long-term professional relationship with health care professionals (HCPs and KOLs)
• Inform the HCPs about our products, based on developed strategy & focus, to increase recommendation share
• Collect information about HCP preferences and cater to their needs
  • Collect all information in the CRM tool IQMED (ladder of adoption/KOL)
  • Supply HCPs with product samples
  • Implement the Eucerin way of detailing
• Manage & steer own region (Oost & West-Vlaanderen, part of Vlaams Brabant)
  • Monitor HCPs and segmentation within the region
  • Elaborate and implement the regional action plan for own region based on the analysis (RX data, competitors, product priorities, regulation/compliance, etc.)
  • Overcome obstacles by addressing objections
  • Report on competitor activities
  • Manage participation of HCPs in regional studies
• Represent Eucerin on national & international congresses
• Know and follow the local medical compliance framework
• Identify opinion leaders (KOL) in the field and report to detailing field manager potential speakers/partners/advisory board members etc.

Your Profile

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/dermo-cosmetic industry with field experience

Skills:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in sciences, paramedical or similar
• Affinity with skincare
• Strong knowledge of derma/aesthetic environment
• Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing
• Independency, confidence, and responsibility
• Adaptability and persuasiveness
• Ability to give presentations and clinical lessons
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Fluency in Dutch
• Good level of spoken and written English (B1-B2)
