Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Sales Manager for the Pets & Equine line in Bruxelles. You will design and realize the sales plan by coaching a high-performing team of Account and Key Account Managers, while collaborating with Marketing, Finance, and Supply teams within the Animal Health unit.
You will manage field and office activities, report to the local Business Unit Head Companion Animals BeLux, and drive cross-region initiatives.

As a Sales Manage (Pets & Equine) you will be responsible for designing and realizing the sales plan based on the defined budget. You will do that by coaching and developing a high-professional sales team of Accou nt and Key Account Managers , and by fostering collaboration between the Marketing, Key Account, Finance, & Supply disciplines within the business unit.
You will lead the sales team in accordance with the company guidelines, policies, directives and values, interacting with different internal and external stakeholders (i.e. wholesalers, key accounts, veterinarians, the global marketing organization, sales and sales leadership, legal, regulatory affairs, key influencers).
This position involv es a combination of Field & Office based , and you will report directly to the local Business Unit Head Companion Animals BeLux.
