NextLink Group is seeking a COBOL Software Engineer in Belgium to develop, test, implement, and maintain COBOL programs within our proprietary B2B application suite. You will handle data involving invoicing, product data, pricing, and customer management, and collaborate with engineers and IT architects to ensure reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of COBOL software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Oracle databases is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of French is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of COBOL programs for the proprietary B2B application suite (invoicing, product data, pricing, customer management).
• Analyze and manage integrations between internal applications and external platforms and tools.
• Investigate technical incidents, identify root causes, and follow issues through to resolution.
