Atlas Copco Group in Wilrijk, Belgium is seeking a Design Engineer Mechanical - Energy Conversion to translate customer needs into tailored compressor, dryer, and accessory solutions, report to Team Leader Mechanical Design, and ensure reliable, efficient designs.

You will develop options, assess risks, design drawings and BOMs, support production and suppliers, and collaborate across teams to drive standardization and centralized data sharing within Global Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of CAD systems (Inventor/AutoCAD) and ENOVIA.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Translate customer needs into compressor, dryer, and accessory solutions.
• Design and modify technical drawings and parts lists.
• Write procedures and ensure safety and quality through risk analyses.
• Support production, resolve technical issues, and validate peers' work.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to achieve best results.
• Translate specifications into machine requirements for quotation team.
