Fluxys group is seeking a Master Data Administrator to join the Asset & Maintenance Management team in Anderlecht. You will ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical facility data so operational teams can work safely and efficiently.

You will handle SAP PM daily, manage maintenance plans for thousands of assets, and perform routine data cleansing and large-scale data tasks with attention to detail. Strong French/Dutch and English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or administrative field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a technical environment and ability to read plans and data sheets.
• Strong attention to detail with meticulous and repetitive work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team or independently.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and correctly process internal requests from operational teams.
• Manage maintenance plans for preventive maintenance, functional locations and equipment in SAP PM (approx. 40,000 assets).
• Perform one-off adjustments and larger data-management tasks on extensive datasets.
• Ensure quality and consistency of master data to support operational processes.
• Gather, analyse and validate information through site visits and technical documentation (P&IDs).
• Collaborate in a small team to support day-to-day operations.

Within the Installations&GridDivision, Asset & Maintenance Management supports all operational entities in the safe, reliable and efficient operation of facilities throughout their life cycle. The team is responsible for the maintenance programme, devising working methods, and monitoring and improving the reliability and availability of facilities through technical analyses and innovative solutions.

The Asset & Maintenance Management team in Anderlecht is looking for a Master Data Administrator (m/f/x).

Job purpose

You will join a multidisciplinary team that supports the operational entities in the management and maintenance of the natural gas network. In this role, you will be responsible for the quality, completeness and accuracy of technical facility data so that the operational teams can work safely, efficiently and reliably.

Your responsibilities

• You will support internal customers by analysing, understanding and correctly processing their requests
• You will work in SAP Plant Maintenance on a daily basis and will manage maintenance plans for preventive maintenance, functional locations andequipmentwith the associated technical characteristics (approximately 40,000 assets)
• You will carry out both one-off adjustments and larger, repetitive data management tasks on extensive datasets
• You will ensure the quality and consistency of themaster dataand so directly contribute to the smooth functioning of operational processes
• You will gather, analyse and validate information through consultation with operational teams, site visits and the interpretation of technical documentation, including P&IDs
• You will work closely with colleagues in a small team and will use your expertise to support the organisation's day-to-day operations

About you

You have a bachelor's degree in a technicalor administrativefieldorequivalent experience

You already have some relevant experience ina technical environment, as well as good technical insight (reading plans and data sheets) and an eye for detail

You have a knack for meticulousand repetitivework, a healthy eagerness to learn, and sufficient diplomacy and dynamism

You have strong communication skills and can work effectively both in a team and independently

You have excellent knowledge of French or Dutch, with a good command of the other national language and of English

You areproficient in MS Office. Knowledge of SAP PM and SAP MM would be a plus.

You possess a category B driving licence andare willing to travel occasionally throughout Belgium
