Winamp SA in Brussels is seeking a Marketing Performance Analyst to turn data scattered across tools into one clear source of truth and into decisions the whole company can act on.

You’ll own analysis of user and artist behavior across products, build cohorts in Mixpanel, manage the marketing database, and deliver performance reporting to empower the sales and marketing teams. Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Development to ensure decisions are grounded in data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data, business analysis or growth/marketing.
• Ability to turn a dataset into a clear decision and communicate in plain language.
• Fluent English; French is a big plus.
• Organized and autonomous, able to juggle several data sources.

Responsabilités

• Own analysis of user and artist behavior across products using Mixpanel.
• Own the database: segmentation, enrichment, and outreach lists; build performance reports.
• Lead centralization of data at group level with a single reliable view.
• Design and optimize email sequences (Lemlist to Brevo) and report on their performance.
• Support acquisition tracking and reporting (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads).
• Turn raw data into clear insights and recommendations for Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Development to ground decisions in data.
