Winamp SA in Brussels is seeking a Marketing Performance Analyst to turn data scattered across tools into one clear source of truth and into decisions the whole company can act on.
You’ll own analysis of user and artist behavior across products, build cohorts in Mixpanel, manage the marketing database, and deliver performance reporting to empower the sales and marketing teams. Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Development to ensure decisions are grounded in data.

Your mission : turn data scattered across tools and brands into one clear, shared source of truth, and into decisions the whole company can act on.
Own the analysis of user and artist behavior across our products, usingMixpanelto track metrics, build cohorts and surface trends
Own thedatabase : segmentation, enrichment, list building for outreach, and build the commercial performance reporting that helps the sales team prioritize and act
Lead the centralization of our data at group level, building one shared, reliable view across all our brands
Design, build andoptimizeemail sequences across the full funnel, from prospecting (Lemlist) to transactional and marketing flows (Brevo), and own their performance reporting
Support acquisition tracking and reporting (Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, conversion analysis)
Turn raw data into clear insights and recommendations for the Marketing andCommercialteams
Partner closely with Marketing, Product andDevelopment Teamto make sure decisions are grounded in data, not guesswork
You have 2+ years of experience in a data, businessanalysisor growth/marketing role, ideally in tech or digital products
You think innumbersbut you communicate in plain language : you know how to turn a dataset into a decision
You write and speak fluent English(Frenchis a big plus)
You’reorganized and autonomous, comfortable juggling several data sources and stakeholders at once
You'redriven by results and numbers, with a creative eye on top
Turn raw data into clear insights and recommendations for the Marketing andCommercialteams
You think like a marketer as much as an analyst, youdon'tjust report on what happened, you propose what to do next
You’recomfortable writing SQL queries and working with databases such asSupabase, Postgres orAirtable
You know your way around analytics tools likeMixpanel(Amplitude or GA4 experience is fine too)
You have some exposure to email platforms such as Brevo orLemlist, and to acquisition tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Ads
