Odoo is seeking a Business Analyst in Belgium to implement Odoo across multiple modules, while training clients to maximize the value of the software. You will map needs, design solutions, configure flows, and deliver training sessions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

As part of the Accounting Expertise team, you will handle complex accounting flows, provide high-level guidance to CFOs and financial stakeholders, and help grow our partner network worldwide by coaching

Qualifications

• Young graduate in accounting/finance sector.
• Experience with accounting software (BOB, Exact, Winbooks, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft).
• Minimum 2 languages: NL/EN or FR/EN.
• Interest in the finance sector.
• Solution oriented and analytical.
• Autonomous and proactive.
• Able to manage heavy workload and meet deadlines.
• Valid work permit for Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Lead accounting-focused projects with CFOs and finance heads.
• Analyze requirements and design effective configurations in Odoo.
• Provide advanced functional support to analysts and partners.
• Configure and refine financial reports (Balance Sheets, P&L, Tax Reports).
• Bridge end-users and R&D to identify gaps and improvements.
