Limelight Health is seeking a Business Analyst - Marketing & CRM Expert in Belgium. This full-time role offers a flexible work schedule, including 2 days of home-working per week. Responsibilities include implementing Odoo, analyzing client needs, providing training, and supporting internal teams. Candidates should have 2-6 years of marketing experience, familiarity with marketing automation tools, a valid work permit for Belgium, and fluency in French and English or Dutch. Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in the marketing field.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience in software implementation or business process analysis is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyze client's marketing needs and define the right approach using Odoo apps.
• Implement the solution and configure the technical aspects.
• Organize and follow-up the Odoo implementations.

Connaissances

Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, etc.)

Strong understanding of CRM and lead management processes

Good communication and presentation skills

Autonomous, assertive and proactive

Fluent in French & English (or Dutch)

Formation

University degree in Marketing, Business
