Radio Holland in Antwerp, Belgium, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for the VTS Department to oversee multiple projects and ensure on-time, within-budget, high-quality deliveries onsite in Antwerp.

You will lead planning, team assembly, progress monitoring and stakeholder reporting, while driving continuous improvement and adherence to safety standards. Fluency in Dutch and English, plus 5+ years in a similar role and an engineering degree, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage projects with budget, schedule, quality and safety.

Responsabilités

• Execute projects in alignment with contractual agreements, managing within budget and in line with ethics, quality, health and safety.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout the project and report escalations to the business development manager.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress and provide progress reports, escalating issues as needed.
• Plan resources and assemble project teams based on required competencies.
• Establish material requirements and create material orders for procurement.
• Share knowledge to improve project approaches for future projects.
