Radio Holland in Antwerp, Belgium, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for the VTS Department to oversee multiple projects and ensure on-time, within-budget, high-quality deliveries onsite in Antwerp.

You will lead planning, team assembly, progress monitoring and stakeholder reporting, while driving continuous improvement and adherence to safety standards. Fluency in Dutch and English, plus 5+ years in a similar role and an engineering degree, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage projects with budget, schedule, quality and safety.

Responsabilités

• Execute projects in alignment with contractual agreements, managing within budget and in line with ethics, quality, health and safety.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout the project and report escalations to the business development manager.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress and provide progress reports, escalating issues as needed.
• Plan resources and assemble project teams based on required competencies.
• Establish material requirements and create material orders for procurement.
• Share knowledge to improve project approaches for future projects.

About The Role And The Team

In this role, you will oversee multiple projects, leveraging strong organizational skills and problem‑solving acumen to plan, execute and complete them. You will guarantee on‑time, within‑budget, and high‑quality project deliveries.

You will contribute to the VTS team by striving for excellence and innovation with every step they take. The role sits within the VTS Department which consists of Project Engineers, Project Sales Engineers, Project Managers and the business director and reports to the Head of Project Management. They form the pulsating heartbeat behind Radio Holland’s projects.

What You Will Do

• Execute projects in alignment with contractual agreements with both customers and suppliers, managing them within budget and in accordance with our business objectives in ethics, quality, health, and safety.
• Actively maintain customer relationships throughout the project, promptly report any escalations affecting these relationships to the appropriate business development manager.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, closely monitor progress against plans and contracts, and provide periodic progress reports, intervening and escalating issues when necessary.
• Plan resources and assemble project teams based on required competencies.
• Establish material requirements for projects and create material orders for the procurement department.
• Actively share knowledge to improve the project approach for future projects.
