GEOxyz Belgium is looking for a Marine Superintendent in Oostende to oversee maritime audits and ensure compliance with management systems such as ISM, ISPS, and MLC. This role involves planning and executing audits while driving continuous improvement across vessels.

The ideal candidate should be a qualified Nautical Officer with strong auditing knowledge and experience, effective communication skills, and a hands-on approach to management. The role offers a competitive salary and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a people-management role is an advantage.
• Solid working knowledge of the ISM Code, ISPS Code, and MLC 2006 requirements.
• Ability to plan, execute and report audits.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and follow-up internal and external audits across the fleet.
• Drive timely closure of audit findings and support investigations.
• Maintain audit readiness and continuous improvement across assigned vessels.

Qualified Nautical Officer
