Role Overview

As a Manufacturing Solutions Engineer at 24Flow, you will dive deep into the functional and technical aspects of our client projects from initiation to completion. This role is less about coding and more about leveraging your solution and project management skills to deliver tailor‑made solutions that enhance our clients' manufacturing and operational processes using the 24Flow platform.

What You’ll Do

• Engage directly with clients to understand their operational challenges and co-develop effective solutions.
• Take charge of projects, guiding them from concept through to implementation, ensuring solutions are both practical and innovative.
• Utilize the 24Flow platform to its fullest potential, configuring and adapting it to meet specific business needs with the support of our experienced team.

Who You Are

• You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, IT, or a Bachelor’s in Electronics, with a fervent interest in manufacturing and logistics operations.
• Your background may include IT, but your passion lies in applying technology to solve real‑world business problems.
• An adept problem-solver, your skills extend beyond technical know-how to include stellar communication, assertiveness, and an analytical mindset.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with French proficiency as a bonus.
• Work from our Ghent office or remotely, with travel to customer locations as needed. Embrace the flexibility and excitement of a scale‑up backed by seasoned experts.
