Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. in Wilrijk is seeking a Process Engineer – New Manufacturing Technologies to own the end-to-end prototyping and manufacturing process, from scouting new technologies to installation, commissioning and process optimization.

You will support a dedicated prototyping shop, guide machine operators, and drive quality and lead-time improvements in conventional machining and Additive Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent through experience.
• Profound knowledge of manufacturing processes (conventional machining and/or Additive Manufacturing) and quality management principles.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software suites and data acquisition systems.
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (spoken and written); knowledge of German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end process lifecycle from scouting technologies to installation, commissioning and optimization.
• Keep the prototyping shop operational and support machine operators with technical challenges.
• Drive continuous process improvements and ensure high quality, short lead times, and cost-conscious innovation.
