Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, process improvement, project management, or operational excellence.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive outcomes.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma; certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
• Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement and safety.
