Job summary

TMC Belgium is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to optimize planning and production processes, collaborating with operational and global stakeholders to translate data into practical improvements that boost site performance.

You will lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, coordinate with site teams and external partners, and deliver measurable impact in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Dutch and English fluency required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in process engineering or continuous improvement within manufacturing.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements.
• Experience with data-driven improvement in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve local processes for production volume, inventory and planning-related reporting.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement standardised ways of working across relevant planning activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Coordinate with site teams, global functions and external stakeholders to align processes and ways of working.
• Analyse KPIs, inventory levels and deviations, providing root-cause analysis and actionable recommendations.
