Sia is seeking bright and dynamic senior consultants to build relationships and deliver results across Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Industry, Transport and Logistics. You will work on change management, HR development, HR tools and information systems, and social management while taking responsibility early.

You will operate across Belgium with assignments domestically and abroad, contributing to business development and offer development.

Qualifications

• University Master degree in a relevant field.
• 2–6 years’ experience as consultant.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Interest in HR and Change management.
• Interest in data and AI topics and ability to learn quickly.
• Languages: French, Dutch and English; Dutch is a must.
• Willing to travel across Belgium and abroad.

Responsabilités

• Work on change management in customer programs and projects including communication and training plans.
• Contribute to HR management, HR performance management and HR development.
• Engage in HR tools and information systems projects.
• Involve in social management activities such as studies and negotiation preparation.

Job Description

Sia is looking for bright and dynamic senior consultants committed to building relationships and delivering results. We are interested in people with good track records during their education and, preferably, with a first successful and relevant job experience. You will be involved in projects across different sectors: Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Industry, Transport and Logistics.

You will mainly work on the following topics:

• Change management in customer programs and projects: communication, training and support plan, digital or collaborative strategy definition.
• HR management and HR performance management: HR function organization, CSR, HR KPIs,…
• HR development: recruitment, career, training, …
• HR tools and Information systems: project management and implementation
• Social management: studies, HR document drafting, negotiation preparation

Qualifications

• University Master Business Engineering, (HR) Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
• 2 to 6 years’ experience as consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Strong interest in Hr and Change
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English. Dutch is a must
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments all over Belgium and abroad (e.g. France)
