Sia in Belgium seeks a Manager MCX to lead digital transformation initiatives, crafting digital strategies and customer journeys while implementing digital and mobile innovations to enhance marketing, sales and service functions.

You will manage a core practice area, run campaigns, and drive new business development with a small team of consultants. There are opportunities to participate in knowledge sharing through workshops and industry publications.

Qualifications

• Master degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of consultancy experience.
• Strong background in Strategy, Digital, Marketing, Customer experience and journey design.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.
• Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe, Google Ad Manager.

A Manager MCX atSia has gained experience inamanagement consulting, a creative agency or bluechip multinational firm.

As a manager MCX and Digital Transformation you help clients to define new digital strategies, design new customer experiences and journeys, design new digital business and operating models and implement digital and mobile innovations to improve the marketing, sales and service functions.

You will be asked to manage one of the core practice areas and bring this to a new level. You will be responsible for campaigns around your focus area and new business development, together with a small team of consultants within the team.

Subjects like digital customer experience, online marketing concepts, mobile applications, e-commerce and data analytics are your daily routine. You will work and improve your knowledge on the latest digital developments in programmatic marketing, search marketing, social marketing, etc.

You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars, etc.) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

Equipped with the entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to take the challenge in a fast growing company.

You have the following qualifications:

• Master degree in applied economics,engineering,computer science,statistics,econometrics or similar study;
• You have at least 5years experience within a consultancy firm
• Background in Strategy, Digital, Marketing, Customer experience and journey design, Customer Analytics and Insights;
• Outstanding team player and good communication skills;
• Experience with relevant digital analytical and management solutions like Adobe, Google ad manager, programmatic advertising, etc.;
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions;
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed;
• You have the ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment, within a varied team in educational level, position and skills.
• You are dynamic and able to achieve results with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Language skills: Dutch, Frenchand English;
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad.
