Sia in Brussels seeks a Senior Consultant to build relationships and deliver results across transformation projects. You will lead intelligent data structuring, analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshops, and process mapping while coaching juniors.

You will contribute to knowledge sharing and client value in Financial Services, with a focus on data and AI topics. The role offers international exposure, collaboration with diverse teams, and a competitive salary plus mobility budget and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires University Master in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Applied Economics or Management.
• 3 to 6 years experience as a consultant.
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills.
• Strong interest in Financial Services sector.
• Interest in data and AI topics and ability to quickly learn new areas.
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize options into conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed.
• Languages: French, Dutch and English; Dutch is a must.
• Willingness to participate in short-term assignments abroad (France, Netherlands).

Responsabilités

• Lead transformation projects at clients and execute project assignments.

As a business consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team leadership roles by coaching new hires and juniors. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

Qualifications

• University Master Business Engineer, Civil Engineer, Applied Economics, Management
• 3 to 6 years experience as a consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Strong interest in the Financial Services sector
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English. Dutch is a must.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France and The Netherlands)
