BENEO, a global leader in functional food ingredients, invites a digital marketing professional to join the Tienen team in Belgium on a temporary contract.

You will manage BENEO's global social media channels, plan paid LinkedIn campaigns, create digital content and reports, and collaborate with agencies to drive health and nutrition messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or 2–3 years in Marketing Communications.
• Proficient in MS Office and social media management platforms.
• Strong English storytelling and copywriting; AI tool experience welcome.

Responsabilités

• Manage BENEO's global social media channels: content planning, publishing, and community management.
• Plan and optimize paid LinkedIn campaigns: targeting and budget management.
• Create digital content for promotional roll-out (LinkedIn ads, stories, newsletters, websites).
• Report ad KPIs via PowerBI.
• Create promotional messages for sales campaigns.
• Follow up on invoices for own projects.
• Maintain relationships with main creative agencies and internal customers.

Temporary contract: 01/12/2026 - 30/06/2027

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain BENEO's global social media channels, including content planning, publishing and community management
• Plan, coordinate and optimise paid LinkedIn campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting and budget management
• Digital content creation for promotional roll out (LinkedIn ads, stories, movies, newsletters, websites, teasers, …)
• Advertisement KPI reporting (via PowerBI report)
• Creating promotional messages for sales campaigns
• Invoice follow up for own projects
• Maintaining good working relationship with the main creative agencies and internal customers

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree or min. 2 to 3 years experience in Marketing Communication
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,)
• Experienced in social media management: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook (and ideally some experience in influencer marketing)
• Good storytelling & copy writing ability in English (native level)
• Experience in prompting and fine-tuning generative AI tools for task-specific outcomes. (ChatGPT, CoPilot)
• Experience with design/ content creation software (Lumen5, Canva, Photoshop, InDesign…)
• Good commercial feeling; analytical eye Interest in health & nutrition topics
