Since 2012, Waer Waters, the largest wellness resort in the Benelux, has been welcoming guests into an oasis of peace, luxury and relaxation. Our 12,000 m² resort offers a unique blend of wellness, fitness and culinary indulgence. With 23 themed saunas, 24 diverse pools, 5 restaurants and a wide range of treatments, we create a complete mind-and-body experience for all our guests.

As a Social Media Marketeer, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing campaigns that strengthen our brand identity and attract new customers. You will play an active role in managing and monitoring social media channels, while also writing copy for emails, SEO-optimized blogs and internal communications. You will work closely with your CMO and colleagues to achieve the company’s goals. You will join an ambitious marketing team where out-of-the-box thinking, creativity and accessible luxury are at the core of our mission.

Your responsibilities

• You contribute to the overall content strategy in line with the company’s marketing and commercial objectives.
• You develop original campaign ideas that resonate with our target audience.
• Management & development of communication channels
  • You create engaging content for all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn…) and build an active and loyal community. You will collaborate with your colleague Brand & Creative Manager responsible for photo and video production.
  • You write compelling copy for our owned media channels (flyers, brochures, internal communication, website blogs…) and create effective email campaigns that engage our target groups. With your strong SEO-driven writing, you will help optimize our website.
  • You coordinate internal events such as sports open days, testimonials, New Year’s receptions for members, guest experience evenings, or set up collaborations with other brands.
• Analysis: You analyze data per channel and report on results. Propose targeted action plans to continuously improve performance.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Communication or equivalent through at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• You live and breathe social media and stay on top of the latest trends and developments.
• You are a creative storyteller with excellent copywriting skills. Abbreviations like SEO and SEA are second nature to you.
• You have a passion for everything wellness: relaxation, sports, food and hospitality strongly interest you.
• You are bilingual (NL + FR), and you also have a strong command of English (mainly written).
• Within your 38‑hour schedule, you are available for one evening shift until 9:30 pm and one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday, on a bi‑weekly rotation).
• Marketing excites you and you carry a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are proactive and enjoy contributing ideas to the organization.
