Fluxys group in Zeebrugge seeks a Maintenance Engineer to support preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring safe and reliable operation of LNG terminal facilities in compliance with regulations.

You will analyse maintenance strategies, develop KPIs, manage CMMS data (SAP), and coordinate shutdowns and replacements, collaborating with teams to optimise asset performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Sciences or Engineering.
• At least 3 years' experience in an industrial process environment.
• Broad technical knowledge: mechanics, electrical engineering, civil engineering, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics.
• Digital, analytical mindset with good knowledge of MS Office and CMMS, ideally SAP.
• Strong communication skills capable of leading others and giving constructive feedback.
• Able to communicate with colleagues, management and staff alike.
• Proactive, autonomous mindset with a focus on optimization opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills and focus on administrative tasks.
• Good command of Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and optimise the maintenance strategy and transition to Asset-Based Maintenance at the Zeebrugge Terminal.
• Develop and monitor maintenance KPIs and perform FME(C)A analyses on critical installations.
• Maintain up-to-date technical information for maintenance plans, CMMS (SAP), inspections and RBI programmes.
• Support long-term work such as annual shutdowns and replacement projects.
• Analyse recurring faults and incidents; implement preventive measures.
• Report to the Maintenance Support Officer.
