ACCA Careers in Brussels is seeking an Investment Analyst/Senior Investment Analyst to join a high-impact M&A team. You will identify opportunities, perform financial modelling, and support due diligence across Europe.

The role offers exposure to end-to-end transactions, collaboration with senior decision-makers, and a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Fluency in English and French is required, with Dutch considered a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Deals Advisory, or a similar environment for Investment Analyst.
• 7+ years of relevant experience with end-to-end M&A transactions for Senior Investment Analyst.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of M&A processes, transaction structuring, and due diligence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with multiple priorities.
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and proactive mindset with excellent stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a strong asset.

• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of M&A processes, transaction structuring, and due diligence.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with multiple priorities.
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and proactive mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and French, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment. Dutch is considered a strong asset.
