Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited, on behalf of Michael Kors, in Maasmechelen, Belgium, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-energy store team, driving sales while upholding service standards.

You will recruit, train and coach staff to build MK ambassadors, analyze reports and act on insights, manage client relationships through clienteling tools, and ensure inventory accuracy and strong in-store execution.

Qualifications

• Relevant proven retail and management experience with a fast-paced retailer.
• Able to work and collaborate as a charismatic and inspirational leader.
• Technology proficient, leveraging technology to drive sales and customer experience.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Retail KPIs and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, lead and coach the store team to deliver performance and accountability.
• Support recruitment, training and development of staff to build MK Ambassadors.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, analyze reports and develop action plans.
• Proactively manage client database and increase sales through clienteling apps.
• Add revenue via local customer events in collaboration with management.
• Ensure inventory control integrity through bi-annual inventories.
