Golden Goose is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant (Style Maker) to welcome clients and introduce them to the brand while crafting personalized Golden total looks. You will guide customers through product selections, share the brand heritage, and build enduring relationships through exceptional service.

Key duties include delivering a high level of customer satisfaction, leveraging omnichannel tools, and maintaining visual standards in-store.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English.
• 1-3 years of luxury retail experience.
• Positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers expressing their personality through their ideal dream looks and contribute to store success.
• Provide product insights, upsell and cross-sell to meet business objectives.
• Build lasting relationships with clients using omnichannel communication and personalized offers.
• Contribute to store presentation, visuals, and brand image standards.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and GDPR/health & safety compliance.
• Use digital tools (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth) to enhance engagement.
