Hand Picked Hotels’ St Pierre Park Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Guernsey is seeking a Maintenance Assistant. You will keep a luxury hotel beautifully maintained, safe and welcoming, blending proactive upkeep with reactive maintenance.

This full-time role is 5 days out of 7, typically around 40 hours per week, with weekends on a rota. The pay starts at £15/hour plus service charge and colleague benefits, with enhanced opportunities for training and development.

• Previous experience in maintenance and a wide range of skills and knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Carry out general maintenance across the hotel and staff accommodation.
• Coordinate and complete scheduled health and safety checks to meet regulatory standards.
• Maintain facilities to the highest possible standard to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
