Qualifications

• Must perform tasks such as repairing equipment and replacing electronics, painting, cleaning or wiring work.
• Maintenance of electronics like refrigerators, television sets, air conditioners, etc., must be done regularly.
• Respond to and solve guest complaints or issues in a timely manner and fulfill work orders when issues cannot be resolved.
• Ensure safety equipment such as fire alarms and fire extinguishers are in place and in working condition.
• Refurbishing chairs, tables, doors, windows and counters to maintain them for long term.
• Ground maintenance including cleaning and maintenance of parking lot, garden or landscaping, swimming pool, etc.
• Be on call 24/7 for emergency to know if guests have any grievances.
• Assist HR personnel to inspect staff hostel when needed.
• Common tasks include painting, electrical accessory replacements and repair, as well as some wiring.
• Air conditioners must also be cleaned or replaced regularly.
• Complete daily rounds, checking basic hotel accommodations and identifying and reporting any problems.
