You will perform routine maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and sanitary systems, coordinate with managers, and deliver discreet, professional service to guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Routine maintenance and basic repairs on electrical, mechanical and sanitary installations.
• Greasing, cleaning or replacing spare parts; painting; carpentry as needed.
• Resolve breakdowns or defects and escalate when necessary.
• Discuss repair requirements with relevant managers.
• Coordinate with team and departments to meet operational needs.
• Provide discreet, professional, timely service to guests and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on electrical, mechanical, and sanitary installations.
• Carry out maintenance activities including greasing, cleaning or replacing parts, painting, carpentry, etc.
• Resolve breakdowns or defects or call external technical service when necessary.
• Discuss required repair or replacement work with the relevant managers.
• Cooperate well with colleagues in own team and across departments.
• Provide discreet, professional, and timely service, meeting operational needs.
