Hand Picked Hotels is seeking an Assistant Cluster Sales & Events Manager for St Pierre Park Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Guernsey. You will support the sales and events function across 3 Hand Picked Hotels, driving weddings, social events, conferences, and corporate functions with a bespoke approach.

You will lead the Sales & Events office as the wedding specialist, handling enquiries, event planning, and client relationships to help achieve revenue targets while coordinating with operations for

Qualifications

• Proactive and enthusiastic with a welcoming, friendly nature.
• Passion and pride in delivering personalised service.
• Organised, driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Current Sales and Events experience within a 4/5 star luxury hotel.
• Knowledge of weddings, social events, conferences and tour group event planning.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales performance across the 3 Hand Picked Hotels in Guernsey and Alderney.
• Lead wedding specialist supporting the Sales & Events office.
• Coordinate event planning and client relationship management.
• Ensure seamless execution of events with the operational team.
• Manage bookings, menus, contracts and payments for individual and group events.
• Support 40-hour week with occasional weekends on rotation.
