Job summary

Elisabetta Franchi is seeking a Full-Time Sales Assistant (38 hours weekly) for its Brussels boutique to represent the Brand and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will build relationships with an international clientele, contribute to sales targets, and maintain boutique standards.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, passion for fashion and luxury, and ability to work in a dynamic team while upholding brand identity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in assisted sales.
• Experience in women's fashion, premium or luxury retail is preferred.
• Excellent command of French and English; knowledge of Russian or other languages is a plus.
• Strong customer and sales orientation with a results focus.
• Experience in clienteling and customer loyalty activities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong sensitivity to fashion and luxury industry.
• Dynamic, proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility in working hours and availability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients throughout the customer journey with a high-level service.
• Understand and anticipate client needs, recommending products and complete looks.
• Develop long-term client relationships through clienteling and loyalty activities.
• Contribute to achieving individual and Boutique sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain knowledge of collections, products and Brand values.
• Ensure displays follow Visual Merchandising guidelines and update window displays.
• Accurately manage cash desk and payment operations.
• Support stockroom activities, inventory management and replenishment.
• Ensure the Boutique reflects the Brand image and standards.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and team for smooth day-to-day operations.
