Job summary

360 Talent is seeking a Store Manager for a luxury boutique in Knokke, Belgium. You will oversee daily operations, lead and develop a sales team, and ensure an extraordinary client experience for local and international clientele.

You will drive commercial performance with strong leadership, clienteling, and impeccable visual merchandising, aligning with brand standards and strategic objectives. Fluent English and Dutch are required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in luxury or premium retail.
• Strong leadership, commercial and clienteling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English & Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
• Energetic, confident and highly customer-oriented.
• Passion for luxury, fashion and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve commercial targets and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clientele, driving clienteling and loyalty.
• Monitor sales performance and KPIs, implementing strategies to maximise results.
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and compliance with brand standards.
• Collaborate with management to implement commercial and operational strategies.
