Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in Belgium is seeking a passionate Beauty Consultant to deliver exceptional client experiences while meeting sales targets and promoting Dior’s luxury brand.

You will work with Retail teams, Counter Managers, Training, Marketing and Retail Partners to ensure Dior standards of service are met, and you will use CRM tools to manage client data and drive loyalty.

Previous retail or beauty experience is a plus; fluency in Dutch/French and good English are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, beauty or customer service is a plus.
• Passion for beauty, luxury, and client experience.
• Fluent in Dutch/French, with good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience while achieving sales targets and promoting Dior’s brand image.
• Day-to-Day Missions: Sell Dior products in-store and remotely, act as a personal shopper, apply the Dior selling ceremony, engage clients, understand needs, demonstrate products, cross-sell, communicate brand values, achieve monthly KPIs.
• Client Experience & Management: Build long-term relationships, recruit new clients, update client data in CRM systems, execute clienteling actions using Dior tools, drive loyalty.
• Counter Operations: Ensure merchandising guidelines, monitor stock, maintain counter cleanliness and visuals, perform operational tasks, build relationships with retail partners, adhere to policies and grooming standards.
