Job summary

European Investment Bank (EIB) invites applications for an Associate Internal Communications Specialist. Based in Luxembourg with regular office presence, the role supports the PJ communications strategy and delivers content, events, presentations and intranet updates in line with Bank policies.

You will work closely with PJ Internal Communications Officer and colleagues across PJ and other Directorates to ensure coherent, timely internal messaging and coordinated channels.

Qualifications

• University degree, minimum an equivalent to a Bachelor.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in corporate communications teams and/or creative agencies.
• Experience in writing/editing, audiovisual, marketing communications, event management, campaign planning and delivery, branding or social media.

Responsibilities

• Identify communication needs and contribute to the development of appropriate communication solutions for PJ audiences.
• Identify relevant topics, news and stories to be shared internally within PJ and, where appropriate, with other services.
• Prepare high-quality, engaging content and contribute it to the PJ internal communications pipeline.
• Support the organisation of events in line with PJ events guidelines.
• Support the preparation of presentations in line with PJ presentation guidelines.
• Contribute to the maintenance of PJ intranet pages, ensuring content is relevant and up to date.
• Contribute to the review and development of procedures and guidance related to PJ internal communication.
• Support the delivery of awareness sessions and training activities for colleagues.
