Job summary

3D-ICT in Belgium is seeking a skilled specialist to design, build and scale AI-powered productivity solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot. You will create intelligent agents, automate business processes and help teams adopt AI in daily work.

You will work with AI Engineers and Data Scientists to translate business opportunities into scalable low-code solutions, design reusable patterns and empower citizen developers while ensuring governance, security and lifecycle management

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform-based solutions.
• Proficient with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot and Dataverse.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents or conversational AI platforms.
• Strong interest in Generative AI, AI agents and intelligent automation.
• Translate business requirements into practical, user-friendly solutions.
• Understand governance, security and lifecycle management in Power Platform.
• Familiarity with Azure AI or API integrations is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading or driving low-code automation initiatives.

As part of the AI Center of Excellence, you will design, build and scale AI-powered solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot ecosystem. You will create intelligent agents, automate business processes and help teams unlock the value of AI in their daily work.

You combine hands‑on solution development with business enablement. You understand how to turn ideas into working solutions and help users adopt them successfully.

This role is focused on low-code AI, automation and productivity platforms. You will work closely with our AI Engineers and Data Scientists, who focus on custom and high-code AI solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Build AI agents, workflow automations and productivity solutions using the Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Translate business opportunities into scalable low-code solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Create reusable agent patterns, templates, connectors and accelerators that can be reused across the organization.
• Design and maintain reusable agent patterns.
• Support and coach citizen developers, business teams and product teams in adopting low-code and AI solutions.
• Contribute to governance, security, lifecycle management and best practices for Power Platform and AI agents.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, AI Engineers, Data Scientists and AI Coaches to deliver end‑to‑end business solutions.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and help prioritize AI and automation opportunities.

Profile & Experience

Your Profile

• Experience developing solutions with the Microsoft Ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot and Dataverse.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents or conversational AI platforms.
• Strong interest in Generative AI, AI agents, Microsoft 365 Copilot and intelligent automation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical and user-friendly solutions.
• Understanding of governance, security and lifecycle management within Power Platform environments.
• Familiarity with Azure AI, AI Foundry or API integrations is an asset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience leading or driving low-code and automation initiatives.
• Ability to engage and influence both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and agent development.
• Experience working in an AI, automation or digital transformation environment.
• Experience building reusable enterprise automation capabilities and communities of practice.

Required Experience

• Experience met Microsoft AI and Low Code landscape.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum-environment.
• Experience in Insurance is a plus.
